Support Services and Activities
EPIC Dad Fun Club at Lakenheath Primary School
Please note we are still unable to run our monthly dads and children’s clubs at Lakenheath Primary School on the second Saturday of the month. We are hoping to review this in the coming months and hope to restart again soon.
EPIC Dad Baby Packs
Don’t forget baby packs are available for dads with babies/infants under 18 months. We provide free nappies, formula milk, baby food, etc. delivered to your home. We also have donated clothes, toys, and books available for young children. If this is something we can help you with, please email info@epicdad.co.uk
Dads Matter One-to-One
We are offering the Dads Matter parenting course as one-to-one sessions at the EPIC Centre, on Zoom, over the phone, or on a wellbeing walk. Please contact me on 07717744608 or info@epicdad.co.uk if you would like to complete the 5 session course.
Fatherhood Journals
We are now including our new Fatherhood Journals in our Survival Kits as another useful item to encourage new dads in their growing bond with their new baby. The idea is that they can record key events, special memories, and write words of love and encouragement to their child. The hope is that when their child is grown-up, dads will pass on these journals to them as a wonderful keepsake of the dad’s journey and experience in fatherhood and be part of the legacy they leave to the next generation.
EPIC Dad Walk and Talk
If you would like to meet up for a wellbeing walk for an opportunity to chat, catch up, and get some exercise and fresh air, please contact me. A number of dads have already benefitted from these ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions.
EPIC Dad Family Bag of Fun
A free bag filled with fun indoor and outdoor games to support families at home.
