Hi EPIC Dads, Hope you and your family are all keeping safe and well. I’m pleased to share that we have recently re-opened the EPIC Centre. Things will look a bit different and there will be a new timetable of activities mentioned below. We will have hand sanitiser available and safety guidelines signs in the room to help us all stay safe. Also, all groups have to be booked in for beforehand through contacting me on email or phone to help us make sure numbers are manageable to maintain social distancing. We are hoping to begin groups with dads and children at the EPIC Centre in the coming months but to start with will focus on groups just for dads and male carers.
Hope to see you at the EPIC Centre soon!
Stay safe and speak soon, Rich.

Dads Matter One-to-One at the EPIC Centre
We are offering the Dads Matter parenting course as one-to-one sessions at the EPIC Centre, on Zoom, over the phone, Please contact me on 07717744608 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to complete the 5 session course.
We are now including our new Fatherhood Journals in our Survival Kits as another useful item to encourage new dads in their growing bond with their new baby. The idea is that they can record key events, special memories, and write words of love and encouragement to their child. The hope is that when their child is grown-up, dads will pass on these journals to them as a wonderful keepsake of the dad’s journey and experience in fatherhood and be part of the legacy they leave to the next generation.
EPIC Dad Walk and Talk
If you would like to meet up for a wellbeing walk for an opportunity to chat, catch up, and get some exercise and fresh air, please contact me. A number of dads have already benefitted from these ‘Walk and Talk’ sessions.
EPIC Dad Minute Message
Our new YouTube videos will be starting soon with a ‘minute message’ shared every Monday morning about a key topic to encourage and inspire dads in their important role. Starting on Monday 12 th October.
